Payment for services rendered is expected, in full, at the time of service. We realize that everybody's financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed and enjoy a healthy and confident smile with respect to your budget. Please note, overdue accounts (ones that have received 2 statements) will be charged a $5, recurring, monthly statement fee until the account becomes current.
We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, however we CANNOT GUARANTEE any estimate of coverage we receive from your insurance company. Insurance companies often make payment adjustments after they have given estimated benefits and every insurance company has their own set of allowable charges. Because your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for any deductible and/or coinsurance amounts at the time of treatment. No insurance company pays 100% of all treatment. You are ultimately responsible for payment on treatment completed regardless of what insurance does or does not pay.
Cash or Check
We are pleased to accept cash or checks drawn from local banks for payment of treatment. There will be a fee applied for any returned checks for any reason.
For your convenience we accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
Our office has made arrangements to accept the dental credit card, Care Credit. This method of payment is used like a credit card and is able to assist patients with or without insurance. It offers different payment plans with 3-12 month interest free periods. It is applied for like a credit card and applications can be obtained and completed in our office.
